In this project we designed and developed a new website for the newly founded SATB2 Gene Foundation Australia.
We then set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to handle the organisations stakeholders, contacts, and members so all the organisations data and interactions could be handled in one system.
Dynamics 365 was then integrated with the organisations new website and its many webforms (donations, members, volunteers, newsletter) so all new data is captured directly into the CRM.
SATB2 Gene Foundation Australia is a recent not-for-profit start up, and engaged the services of Katipo Web Solutions to create a website, implement Dynamics 365 as our database and Customer Relationship Management system.
Regan was a part of the initial stages of our start up and supported our team. She was lovely to chat to, was always able to get answer even if it meant she had to do a little extra digging herself!
