This project involved working with Syndromes Without A Name to design and set up Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to handle the organisations stakeholders, contacts, and members.
Many different databases were imported into the system from various different sources which has enabled all the organisations data to be handled in one system.
Dynamics 365 was then integrated with the organisations new website and its many webforms (donations, members, volunteers, newsletter) so all new data is captured directly into the CRM.
Dynamics was also integrated with MailChimp so that any newsletters or marketing campaigns could be sent to many specific groups via Dynamics 365. All MailChimp data is then fed and captured within the individual contacts in the CRM.
